Bathroom is almost done. The shower screen people are coming out next week to measure it up, the plumber is coming on Tuesday to hook up the vanity.

The ceiling is next through the rest of the house, then the floor in the kitchen, laundry and lounge. Put the kitchen in, 3 sets of steps, a bit of electrical and then I should be right for getting the certificate of occupancy.

We decided to put tiles in the living area. The porcelain tiles are really hard wearing. The dogs are just too hard on wooden floors.

You mean you cant move out of your current abode, and move into a warm dry heat-able place without the go ahead from the boffins?

We already sleep in the house and soon we'll be showering in there instead of the garden shed.

We're fine. The bungalow is heated and keeps the rain out.

If he spent a bit more time out rather than in he'd have the house finished by now.
