I’m baaaack. What did Cliff miss?
Had a good time. Really need to spend more time in NZ. Milford Sound was just stunning.
More later.
Off on a cruise. Midge and Tolly have the keys.
OOPS! Of course we were in the middle of NSW at a place where the internet hasn’t been invented yet when this note was posted! Well done Tolly!

Yeah words can’t describe Milford Sound, we were there 2 years ago, and having had a storm the night before the place was waterfalls from start to finish. Have booked to go again November 2018.
Lived on the long white cloud 27 years, visited Milford over 15 times and saw sunshine 3 times, you done well…
Did you bring us back presents?
No, that was when he left…
I’m hurt.
Actually, I did bring back beer, scotch, gin, vodka and bourbon for everyone but there was a bit of evaporation on the way back. I’ll try again next time.

The flock of flying pigs cause the evaporation.
Land of the long white cloud,
when I was last there it was 'The Land of the long white shroud’
or as the Maoris would say ‘The land of the wrong white crowd’
sounds like you left just in time Christchurch again has major flooding today.

I’ve always thought of it as the land of the long white sheep.
I wouldn’t mind going to in zud, anyone going there reckons its ok.
AND I would guard against evaporation!!!
Were you on the boat that had the outbreak of gastro?
Great combination with sea sickness.

No, missed that. It’s surprising that it doesn’t happen more often. I watched many people not wash their hands after going to the bog and do things like lick a bit of food off of their hands and then pick up the next serving implement.
I managed not to get seasick at all. We had a couple rough days, a gale near Gisborne and a strong gale around the bottom. Stabilisers work.
