He needs his Grandad over there taking pictures, oh and his grandma sitting in the stands, I’m sure you won’t get any arguments from Pam.
They won again, Jonte took 1 wicket and was 2nd top bat.
Here’s a few photo’s for you.
The team, Jonte front row 3rd from the right as you look at it.
A bit hard to see, the Mens and Womens Anniversary teams with the current Aussie touring team on the ground at Lords. They all had lunch in the famous “Long Room”.
Don’t worry mate, you’ll know the first 4 ticket holders pretty well.
Meant to mention that the teams are accompanied every where, as well as at the games played, by a Channel 7 film crew making a documentary of the whole Anniversary tour.
Now that 7 have the rights?
Just found out that the Sussex team was stacked with England test players.
We just killed Derby with 6 wickets and 3 overs to spare.
Jonte got a caught and bowled and hit the winning run, they’ve learned about his batting and moved him up to 5.
Edit. Just got the word from Jonte, there were 7 current International players on the Sussex team, 3 of them West Indian. Apparently Jonte, Dan Cristian (Captain) and a few others got on the piss with the West Indians after the game, and Jonte said that quite a bit of grog was consumed.
